Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs lays down provisions relating to the limitation of emissions resulting from plant producing iron and steel. At the outset the Ordinance contains a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. Article 3 establishes that plants producing iron and steel have to be operated in such a way that harmful emissions are kept at a lowest possible level and that threshold values laid down in this article shall not be exceeded. The text consists of 9 articles and 1 Annex.
