Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law of 6 May 2012 relating to the Federal Economic Supply Act (Cantonal Economic Supply Law). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Cantonal Law. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Subject-matter (1); Supervisions (2); Competent office (3); Central authority (4); Nomination of head of central cantonal authority (5); Compensation (6).
