Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 October 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Act on protection of waters of 24 January 1991. Article 1 rules that the Governing Council shall establish water areas inside and outside construction zones in a Water Space Map. In forests and on agricultural land no such water areas shall be established as far as this is not contrary to the public interest. The text consists of 6 articles.
