Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the elimination of plant waste outside waste disposal plants. Article 1 establishes that plant waste consists solely of plants and parts thereof produced in soil cultivation. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Subject matters (1); Incineration on special days (2); Incineration on other days (3); Bans in special situations (4); Costs (5); Penalties (6); Entry into force (7). One Annex is enclosed listing plants and plant parts containing harmful organisms.
