The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 2002.
Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements various EC directives as listed in article 1. Article 2 establishes that "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of the Ordinance. Thereafter, the Ordinance deals with topics such as: admission procedure, import licence, certification, inspection. The text consists of 11 articles.
