The present Ordinance enters into force on 15 July 2011.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the hygiene of waters used for bathing purposes. The text - consisting of 23 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: sphere of application, competent authorities, inspection of waters, quality of waters, monitoring of waters, official control, disinfection of waters, competences, penalties, legal aid, entry into force.
