Entry into force notes
This Ordinance enters into force at the same time as the Treaty on the European Union enters into force for Austria.
Abstract

An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry dealing with the granting of subsidies for skimmed milk and skimmed milk powder used in the production of feedstuffs. It implements a special Council Directive. Article 2 establishes that "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Subsidies for skimmed milk for the production of feedstuffs (1); Subsidies for skimmed milk powder for the production of feedstuff (3); Provisions for skimmed milk and skimmed milk powder used for the the production of compound feedstuff (3); Common provisions (4). Three Annexes are enclosed.
