The AMA ("Agrarmarkt Austria") is responsible for the implementation of this Ordinance. Article 3 specifies that the age of trees to be cut down is not to exceed 20 years. Article 4 explains in detail the implementing procedures: for example, the application form has to be submitted to AMA not later than 15 February 1998. According to article 6, AMA is due to provide all information listed in article 1 to the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles.
