Ordinance on the granting of premiums for the clearing of apple-, pear-, peachtrees.

An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry to implement Community Law on granting of premiums for cutting down certain kind of fruit-trees. The AMA ("Agrarmarkt Austria") is responsible for the implementation of this Ordinance. Article 3 specifies that the age of trees to be cut down is not to exceed 20 years. Article 4 explains in detail the implementing procedures: for example, the application form has to be submitted to AMA not later than 15 February 1998. According to
