Abstract

An Ordinance on the campaign against the maize disease "Diabrotica virgifera virgifera Le Conte", whereby the competent local authority carries out a number of controls. Moreover, whoever suspects the existence of the said disease must report it to the competent local authority. Article 4 specifies the measures to be adopted in case of a suspected maize disease. The Text consists of 7 articles.
