The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 October 1989.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law of 21 April 1988 on the supply of energy and potable water by the Industrial Plant Basel to the Canton Basel Stadt. The Ordinance applies to the supply of electricity (electric energy) by the Industrial Pland Basel. The text consists of 77 articles divided into 15 Parts as follows: Sphere of application (I); General provisions (II); Public power supply (III); Transformer stations (IV); Connection (V); Domestic installations (VI); Measuring devices (VII); Counter (VIII); Conditions of delivery and use (IX); Accounting (X); Public lightening (XI); Public watches (XII); Authorization for installations (XIII); Special and completing provisions (XIV); Repeal of existing legislation (XV). One Annex is enclosed.
