The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 2005.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Energy Law of 4 February 1991. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the cost covering compensation of electricity from renewable energies. Article 1 establishes that the electricity supply enterprises shall grant a subsidy to producers using the following renewables: small hydropower plants, photovoltaics, wind energy, geothermal systems, biomass power plants. The text consists of 7 articles.
