Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 38/2004 of 9 January 2004 amending Regulation (EC) No 314/2002 laying down detailed rules for the application of the quota system in the sugar sector. Article 2 names AMA (“Agrarmarkt Austria”) as responsible for the execution of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Authorization of production plants (2); Inspection of such plants by AMA (3); Communications between production plants and AMA (4); Final provisions (5).
