This Ordinance entered into force on 15 April 2017.

Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 31 articles and two Annexes, lays down the conditions for granting support within the common organization of the market in wine for the following measures: promotion, restructuring of vineyards, insurance and investments. The promotion includes promotion in a Member State of the European Union (art. 4) and promotion in third countries (art. 5). The support to restructuring of vineyards shall be granted only for the following measures carried out on wine-growing areas: change of variety(art. 11), change of buckle (art. 12), movement of vineyard (art. 13) and grubbing up the vineyard (art. 14).
