The overall aims of the parks are the general protection of nature, as well as the conservation of the natural symbiosis and of the great variety of native animal and plant reserves and their scientific monitoring. The text deals with the following matters: general planning, delimitation of areas, structural plans of countryside, aims of the parks, education and recreation, scientific studies and promoting measures.
