Abstract The present Ordinance is contained in article 4 of the Ordinance of 8 August 2007 (BGBl. I 1816) implementing common hygienic foodstuff provisions. In particular, the present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the detection by food business operators of certain micro-organisms present in foodstuff. Article 3 establishes that if a food operator discovers harmful micro-organisms in foodstuff, he shall have to notify without delay the competent authority. The text consists of 4 articles.
