Abstract

An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources providing special marketing regulations for olive oil. The “Agrarmarkt Austria“ (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 8 articles dealing with sphere of application, competence, authorization, duty to conserve documents, revocation of authorization and penalties.
