The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law on spatial information in the Canton Aargau (Cantonal Spatial Information Law) of 24 May 2011. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the canton Aargau. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure. The text consists of 53 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Cantonal geo-data (2); Execution of federal law (3); Official survey (4); Final and transitional provisions (5). Three Annexes are enclosed.
