The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 2000.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is the economic and environmentally friendly use of natural resources and the subsoil. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: Subject matter (I); Definition of terms (II); Sovereign mining (III); Use by third parties (IV); Concession (V); Approval (VI); Proceedings (VII); Construction and operation of plants (VIII).
