The present Ordinance enters into force on 18 November 1994.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces, inter alia, the Law on hunting and the protection of wild mammals and wild birds of 11 December 1990. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to selective hunting of wild goats. Article 1 establishes that the Hunting Office is the competent authority to control hunting activities. The text – consisting of 15 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: shooting plans, colonies, right of registration and participation, huntable animals, hunting activities, hunting seasons, hunting gear, tax and penalties.
