Abstract The present Ordinance enforces, inter alia, the Law on hunting and the protection of wild mammals and wild birds of 11 December 1990. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to selective hunting of wild goats. Article 1 establishes that the Hunting Office is the competent authority to control hunting activities.
