Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Agriculture and Forestry concerns Registration and examination fees as set out in the Varieties Protection Act (BGBl. No. 108/1993). According to article 28 (1 and 2),of the afore-mentioned Act the registration fee is ATS 2 365. Furthermore, the fees for examining certain plant varieties (wheat, maize, potatoes, peas, and others) are mentioned in article 2. The Ordinance consists of 2 articles.
