The purpose of the present Ordinance is to ensure the quality of fresh waters with a view to supporting fish life. Article 3 establishes that the freshwaters listed in Annex 1 and 2 must comply respectively with the quality requirements laid down in Annex 3 and 4. The text consists of 6 articles and 4 Annexes.
