Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry contains at the outset a definition clause relating to the various terms therein employed. Article 3 establishes the various quality classes (1-5). Having ascertained the quality class, a Protocol will have to ensue. Article 7 prescribes that every carcass has to bear a clearly impressed stamp. The Ordinance consists of 9 articles and 2 Annexes.
