Abstract An Ordinance to implement the Ordinance No. 2137/92 of the Council of the EU of 23 July 1992 on the common system for quality of slaughtered lamb. Only if lamb meets this quality requirments it may be marketed. The lamb meat has to be marked accordingly. Finally, article 2 indicates cases of violations. The Ordinance consists of 3 articles.
