Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements various EC directives as listed in article 1. It contains at the outset a definition clause relating to the various terms therein employed. Article 5 establishes the various quality classes. Having ascertained the quality class, a Protocol will have to ensue. Article 7 prescribes that every carcass has to bear a clearly impressed stamp. The text consists of 8 articles and 1 Annex.
