Abstract The present Ordinance enforces the Law on public land of 18 March 1986. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to detailed enforcement procedures, such as specific tasks of competent executive authorities. Article 1 establishes that the Territory Office shall be responsible for the execution of the afore-mentioned Law. The text - consisting of 16 articles – deals with the following aspects: boundaries of lakes and rivers, demarcation of the boundaries of public waters, extinction of state owned land, legal fees and costs, construction and existing works, entry into force.
