Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Law of 2 May 1971 on protection of nature and cultural heritage. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of mushrooms. Article 1 establishes that a person may not accumulate more than 2 kg mushrooms per day.
