The present Ordinance enters into force on 15 December 1992.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of biotops and to the ecological compensation. It aims to protect indigenous animals and plants through conservation and promotion, as well as reinstallation of living space. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Organization and competence (2); Contributions (3); Financing (4); Final and transitional provisions (5); Repopulation of animals (6);. Retroactivity of contribution from the Canton (6); Modification (7); Entry into force (8).
