Abstract

The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. Part 2 contains general prescriptions such as vaccination procedures. Article 3 lists the measures to be taken to obtain official recognition of the disease, and article 4 those required afterwards. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Definition of terms (1); Protection measures against anthrax (2); Repeal of protection measures (3); Protection measures against Rauschbrand (4); Penalties (5); Final provisions (6).
