Abstract This Ordinance applies to the operation of systems for the application of non-ionizing radiation to humans, which are used for cosmetic or other non-medical purposes commercially or as part of other economic undertakings. It does not apply to the operation of UV radiation devices. The Regulation provides conditions for the operator of a facility including proper installation of system, proper instruction on the system using and consideration of health risks and its side effects. The Regulation further provides for the expertise in the use of high frequency devices, central nervous system stimulation, expertise in the use of ultrasound and administrative offences.
