Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for the Environment, Youth and Family on Dangerous Substances contains at the outset a definition clause relating to the various plant protection substances and plants to be protected. Annex 1 contains a list of substances not to be used in the production of pesticides. In particular, atrazin is prohibited as of 1 January 1994. The Ordinance consists of 5 articles and 1 Annex.
