Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to plants handling water-polluting substances. Article 1 establishes that plant owners have to monitor safety devices in their enterprises in order not to pollute waters. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Duties of plant owners (1); Special duties (2); Specialized enterprises (3); Exceptions (4); Entry into force (5).
