Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Agricultural Law of Basel-Landschaft of 8 January 1998. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of measures of the Federation and the Canton in view of fruit, wine, vegetable, plant cultivation, as well as plant protection.
