The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 2008.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to ensure the enforcement of the federal and cantonal legislation on the growing of fruit, vine and vegetable, as well as on plant protection. The Agricultural Office of Ebenrain is entrusted with the implementation of the present Ordinance. The text – consisting of 23 articles – deals with the following matters: sphere of application, competence, vine register, control of grape harvest, denomination of wine, production areas, cultivation methods, minimum sugar content, preparation of wine, transitional provisions and final provisions.
