Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Lower Saxony Water Law in its version of 20 August 1990 and the Lower Saxony Waste Disposal Law of 21 March 1990. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to officially recognized laboratories and examining bodies of water and waste management monitoring. In particular, article 2 of the Ordinance specifies details as to requirements to obtain official recognition and article 2a deals with recognition proceedings. The text consists of 9 articles
