Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 15 February 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements both the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007 and the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 17 June 2011. Moreover, the Ordinance aims at a unified marking, inspection and updating of the official land survey. The text consists of 36 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Marking (II); Official survey (III); Updating (IV); Geographic names (V); Final provisions (VI).
