Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 March 2007.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to unusual high air pollution by particulate matter. In particular, the Ordinance deals with the permanent monitoring of fine particulate concentration and takes into account the assessment of large-scale pollution. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Principles (1); Assessment measures (2); Coordination and ordering of measures (3); General measures (4); Repeal of measures (5); Competence and proceedings (6); Preparations (7); Entry into force (8).
