The Ordinance enters into force on 15 January 2007.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to unusual high air pollution by particulate matter. In particular, the Ordinance deals with the permanent monitoring of fine particulate concentration and takes into account the assessment of large-scale pollution. The text – consisting of 10 articles, deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: purpose and competence, principles, coordination, information and intervention levels, measures of intervention level and control. The text consists of 10 articles.
