Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources provides special marketing regulations for olive oil. The “Agrarmarkt Austria“ (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 9 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Enterprises with packaging facilities (2); Authorization of enterprises with packaging facilities (3); Obligation to conserve documentes (4); Inspections (5); Reporting and disclosure requirements (6); Penalties (7); Transitional provisions (8); Final provisions (9).
