Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements various EC directives as listed in article 1. When advertising a classified product, it must be indicated together with the price; furthermore, the quality class has to be stated also when a bill is issued. Article 4 specifies that control organs have to register in a data bank all persons entitled to bringing into circulations fresh fruits and vegetables. They are divided into classes according to their sizes. Article 5 prescribes penalties in case of violation of this Ordinance which consists of 6 articles.
