The first Part of the Annex concerns the compliance of the present Plan with federal provisions. Furthermore, it also deals with charcoal areas and their redevelopment. Part II concerns the economic, social and ecological aspects of the 250 km long border between Germany and Poland. Part III regards the general area development plan for Berlin and Brandenburg with a view to housing schemes, traffic development, recreation areas and flooding prevention.
