Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Meat Hygiene Act of 16 July 1997. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that for official acts pertaining to inspection of animals to be slaughtered and inspection of meat including residues fees shall be collection as listed in the enclosed Annex. The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex.
