The present Ordinance enters into force on 6 September 1991; article 5 enters into force on the day following its publication.
Abstract

An Ordinance to ban the import of fish, crustaceans, molluscs, of vegetables and fruits from Peru. There are however some exceptions contained in article 1. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles.
