Article 1 enters into force on 24 January 1992; however, Section 4 of article 1, and article 2, enter into force on 23 February 1992.
Abstract

An Ordinance to ban the importation of fish, crustaceans and molluscs, and of fruits and vegetables from the above-mentioned countries. However there are some exceptions contained in article 1.
