Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements various EC directives as listed in article 2. Imported fish products must be monitored already at the customs office. Moreover, accompanying documents must contain details as set out in article 4. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles.
