In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the exercise of hunting rights. The Ordinance applies to the area located in the Saarland of the National Park in accordance with article 2 of the Treaty. Article 3 establishes that National Park Office is responsible for the exercise of hunting rights. Article 6 specifies that the National Park Office shall ensure the implementation of a monitoring programme, which provides the information necessary for preparing a plan to regulate wildlife and a performance review of the related actions. However, the provisions of the Federal Hunting Act and the Federal Animal Health Act remain unaffected. The text consists of 8 articles.
