Abstract

An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Health, Sport and Consumer Protection to regulate the marketing of the various kinds of honey as defined at the outset. Requirements relate, inter alia, to maximum water, sugar and mineral content. Article 2 deals with the identification and labelling requirements. The Ordinance consists of 4 articles.
