The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2000.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Hunting Law of Hessen of 12 October 1994. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to formation of hunting communities in the Land Hessen. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Delimitation of hunting communities (1); Formation of hunting communities by hunting authorities (2); Responsibilities of hunting communities (2a); Members of hunting communities (3); Institutions (4); Statute (5); Financial assistance from hunting charge (6); Entry into force (7).
