Abstract The present Ordinance implements article 46 of the Federal Environment Protection Act and the Environment Protection Law of the Canton Basel-Stadt. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees charged by the Air Hygiene Office of both Cantons of Basel.
