Abstract

This German Federal Regulation regards the ordinance supplementing the fees for individually attributable public services of the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation (Bundesamt für Naturschutz). The Regulation comprises only 3 Articles covering specifically the fees owed for individual public services provided by the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation. Article 1 amends the costs for official acts of the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation, Article 2 regulates special fees and expenses for measures of the Federal Agency, and Article 3 prescribes the entry into force of the regulation upon publication.
